At Subimods, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If a part doesn't meet your expectations, you can return new, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate a Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and submit an RMA request.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix your provided shipping label and drop the package off at the designated carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
